Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer standard shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping methods may vary based on your location.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. For custom orders Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing and packaging of your order.  Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification via email with tracking info. 

3. Shipping Rates

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under $50, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

4. Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

5. Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you. This email will include a tracking number so you can easily follow your package as it travels to you.

6. Issues with Your Order

If you encounter any issues with your order (such as damage or delays), please contact us at hola@gissellstudio.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

7. Changes to Shipping Policy

Gissell Studio reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be placed from within the continental United States.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Gissell Studio, we strive for your satisfaction and gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Contact us at hola@gissellstudio.com. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery if you wish to initiate a return. 

Ship Items Back: Returned items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

Please Note: We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or personalized orders, Jewelry, Plants, Digital downloads.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be held responsible for any loss in value.

Workshop Policy

Please note that all workshop fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to reschedule.
